Daro Properties: 2017 Satisfaction Award Winners
The six Daro properties recognized for achieving high scores on this year’s SatisFacts surveys include:
WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 12, 2018 – Daro Realty, LLC, one of DC’s oldest and most revered residential brands with ten buildings and 800 luxury rental apartments under management, is pleased to announce that six rental communities in its portfolio were named 2017 Resident Satisfaction award winners by SatisFacts, the multifamily industry’s premier authority on resident satisfaction and retention. SatisFacts monitors and evaluates nearly 350 management companies and over a million apartment homes nationally.
The survey asked residents to provide feedback regarding their recent service requests and to rate their experience, based on the promptness and quality of service rendered. Most questions used a five point rating scale with 1 being “Extremely Dissatisfied” and 5 being “Extremely Satisfied.” Daro residences scored an average of 4.3, a score indicating a very high level of resident satisfaction.
