Here at DARO Apartments, we strive to fulfill our mission of providing quality housing and a positive environment through a commitment to service excellence. Each day we ensure that our resident’s needs are attended to in a most efficient way.

Whether you have a maintenance service request, want to learn about renter’s insurance, sign up for Parcel Pending or simply wish to inquire about storage availability or parking at your building, we are here to help you, our valued residents! Many questions are answered on our FAQ page as well.

Package Concierge FAQ

*Package Concierge is only available at The Vintage and Parkway Apartments.

All current residents will be loaded into the Package Concierge System when your package arrives, you will instantly be notified via email and/or text with an access code. Simply enter your access code into the touchscreen keypad and retrieve your package.  It’s as easy as using an ATM machine.

Yes, all residents will be automatically entered into the Package Concierge system. Please check your email for a registration email from Package Concierge.

Packages need to be retrieved promptly to ensure lockers will be available for all residents’ deliveries. A storage fee of $3 per day will be charged for packages left in the lockers beyond 3 Days. If you’ll be out of town for more than 3 days, please make arrangements to avoid storage fees.

In order to receive your packages at The Parkway Apartments, you should complete your registration process by following the instructions in the registration email.  The alternative, if you don’t sign up, is to pick up your packages at the carrier shipping hub.
