The Property Manager, under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, is responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating all aspects of apartment community operations.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the property management field, 2+ years of supervisory experience, demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of success with the leasing process, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Yardi, and Rent Control is preferred.

We are currently looking for a full-time leasing specialist to lease for our portfolio of nine buildings.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience and will either have the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation or be willing to earn it once on board.
The Leasing Specialist will become familiar with the neighborhoods in which our communities are located and in turn assist the Portfolio Directors, Community Managers and Marketing Director in compiling frequent and current market surveys, ensuring a high quality product, and providing superior customer service to residents and prospects at all times.

Senior Maintenance Engineers are responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community and correcting unsafe conditions; perform day-to-day maintenance of building operations including heating, lighting, other utilities, grounds, and apartment turnover to ensure the condition of the building provides an inviting and safe work environment for tenants and guests.
Candidates must be able to maintain accurate records for work orders/preventative maintenance, safety, repair/replacement of major equipment, utility cut-off, sewer clean-outs, inventory of parts and supplies, and respond to afterhours emergency calls throughout the Daro Portfolio. The Maintenance Engineer will assist with diagnoses of and perform maintenance/repairs on air conditioning, heating, electrical and plumbing systems, water and sewer lines, stairs, gates, fences, railings, roofing, tile, carpet, flooring, doors, windows, gas and electric boilers, chillers, walls and ceilings, security system, tile, other equipment as required.
We are currently recruiting for team players who have the ability to multi-task are self-directed, and have excellent interpersonal and organization skills. Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience in multi-family property management, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and must be boiler certified.
